Chilli peppers

The chilli peppers are growing faster than I can eat, I just can’t keep up with it. I know if I let them grow, they’ll just keep producing seeds. So today I decided to harvest them and share it with my co-workers.

I applaud your sharing nature! I was reading the other day that they freeze really well to my surprise. I was hoping to pickle my own crop but I went away for a weekend and a pearly-eyed thrasher stole my entire 3 bushes worth of jalapenos!

tai haku-thanks for visiting my site! I love your nature shots and your photography skills. I have heard they freeze well but the amount I harvested would have lasted me the rest of the year! :-)
