Today I almost stuck my hand into a black widow web. I grabbed the hose at my parents' house without looking, and there was a black widow hanging out inside the spray nozzl. They have one of those fancy attachments to the hose nozzle that allow you to stop the water from flowing by squeezing the trigger, the spider was in between the trigger and the hose. I was thisclose to the spider. I am sure the neighbors think I am nuts because I screamed and then proceeded to attack the hose with a spade. :-P I’m totally with you on the spiders!
